Banana Coconut Chocolate Bars
Although I am not a big breakfast eater, I do enjoy my morning & afternoon snacks with a warm cup of tea.
These bars are so delicious and filling, they will keep you going all day!
Thanks to Lauren I found this recipe which have been made many times at home and whenever friends visit.

Banana Coconut Chocolate Bars
Breakfast, Snacks, these bars can be enjoyed all day long!
Ingredients
- 3 bananas (Overripped)
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 oz (45 g) coconut (Shredded and Unsweetened)
- 3.5 oz (100 g) flour (Sifted)
- 1.5 tsp (6 g) baking powder
- 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) milk
- 2 oz (50 g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre heat oven at 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Then, whisk in the eggs, until smooth.
- Add the flour and the baking powder.
- Finish with the coconut & chocolate chips.
- Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bars from 10min)
- Once your bars are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
