Banana Coconut Chocolate Bars

Although I am not a big breakfast eater, I do enjoy my morning & afternoon snacks with a warm cup of tea.

These bars are so delicious and filling, they will keep you going all day!

Thanks to Lauren I found this recipe which have been made many times at home and whenever friends visit.

Banana Coconut Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
 

  • 3 bananas (Overripped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 oz (45 g) coconut (Shredded and Unsweetened)
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) flour (Sifted)
  • 1.5 tsp (6 g) baking powder
  • 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) milk
  • 2 oz (50 g) chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven at 350F/180C.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Then, whisk in the eggs, until smooth.
  • Add the flour and the baking powder.
  • Finish with the coconut & chocolate chips.
  • Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bars from 10min)
  • Once your bars are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
