Banana Coconut Chocolate Bars

Pre heat oven at 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Then, whisk in the eggs, until smooth.
Add the flour and the baking powder.
Finish with the coconut & chocolate chips.
Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bars from 10min)
Once your bars are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
