8-minute Creamy Polenta (Microwave)
Ingredients
STEP 1
- 1/2 cup (80 g) dry polenta (Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 1/2 cups (360 g) Chicken Stock
STEP 2
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sel Gris Mill
- 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella
Instructions
STEP 1
- Set aside your Medium Round Flexipan® Mold on the top of a microwave safe plate.
- Add the dry polenta and chicken stock directly to your Flexipan®. Cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
