This creamy polenta is perfect to beat the heat as it is all made in the microwave. Make it and enjoy it in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) dry polenta (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 g) Chicken Stock

STEP 2

  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sel Gris Mill
  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella

  • Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Add the Sel Gris sea salt and the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir everything with your spatula. Serve hot with your favorite main course. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
