Add the dry polenta and chicken stock directly to your Flexipan®. Cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
STEP 2
Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Add the Sel Gris sea salt and the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir everything with your spatula. Serve hot with your favorite main course. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
