Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Mini Pancakes

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Mini Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup (155 g) pancake mix (Trader Joe's Pumpkin)
- 3/4 tsp (1.5 g) ground pumpkin pie spice (Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice)
- 4 Tbsp (55 g) butter (Melted )
- 3/4 cup (185 g) milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Place your Muffin Flexipan® Mold on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
PANCAKES PREPARATION
- Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
- In your Mixing Bowl, whisk the pumpkin pancake mix with the pumpkin pie spice to remove any lumps. Make a well and gradually add milk, egg and cooled butter. Mix until combined. IMPORTANT: Do not overmix!
BAKE
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your pancakes from 12min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once your Trader Joe's Pumpkin Mini Pancakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy as is or with your favorite Maple Syrup! Bon Appétit!
