Pierre Hermé’s Traditional Hot Chocolate

Pierre Hermé’s (@pierrehermeofficial) Traditional Hot Chocolate is the best I ever drank! It is so decadent!

Although Pierre Hermé’s recipe has been published many years ago, I used the one from François-Xavier “La Cuisine D’Aubéry” (@fx.lmp9.cuisinedaubery) because it is so simply put together. Pierre Hermé’s recipe are not only for experts, but also for novice cooks like me. Of course, you can find the recipe from François-Xavier’s blog right HERE!

I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I did & Bon Appétit!

As always, you will find the Step-by-Step Video below the recipe.
