2oz(57g)dark chocolate chips(I used Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate 54.5%)
Instructions
Pour your Milk, Water and Sugar into a medium Saucepan. Heat on medium low in order to not burn the milk and wait until it starts boiling.
As soon as it begins to boil, add your Dark Chocolate.
Whisk continuously until it starts boiling again. Take it out from the heat right away.
Use your Immersion Blender to make your Hot Chocolate Extra Smooth.
Then, pour it into your Favorite Mug. Enjoy right away. Bon Appétit!
