Ingredients

  • 1 cup (245 g) milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) spring water
  • 2 1/2 tsp (10 g) sugar
  • 2 oz (57 g) dark chocolate chips (I used Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate 54.5%)

Instructions

  • Pour your Milk, Water and Sugar into a medium Saucepan. Heat on medium low in order to not burn the milk and wait until it starts boiling.
  • As soon as it begins to boil, add your Dark Chocolate.
  • Whisk continuously until it starts boiling again. Take it out from the heat right away.
  • Use your Immersion Blender to make your Hot Chocolate Extra Smooth.
  • Then, pour it into your Favorite Mug. Enjoy right away. Bon Appétit!
