Oven-baked Key Lime Chicken

Oven-baked Key Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 g) key lime juice (About 2 Key Limes)
- 4 Tbsp (55 g) Tahitian Lime Oil
- 4 Tbsp (85 g) Lavender Honey
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mill
Instructions
- Place your Square Flexipat® on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
CHICKEN PREPARATION
- Squeeze the lime juice using Citrus Press (about 2 key limes) directly into your mixing bowl. Then, whisk in the Tahitian lime oil and Lavender Honey. Place your chicken drumsticks and toss to coat.
- Transfer your chicken to your Flexipat®. Then pour the honey/lime mixture over, arrange some thin lime slices on top and sprinkle with Lavender Sea Salt.
BAKE!
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your chicken from 25min). Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Oven-baked Key Lime Chicken is out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes, then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
