Healthy Fruit Juice Gummy Candies | Halloween
Ingredients
ORANGE JUICE GUMMIES (makes 24)
- 2.82 oz (80 g) orange juice (No pulp)
- 5 (10 g) gelatin sheets (1 1/2 Tbsp powder)
- 2 Tbsp (42 g) blue agave
GRAPE JUICE GUMMIES (makes 24)
- 2.82 oz (80 g) grape juice
- 5 (10 g) gelatin sheets (1 1/2 Tbsp powder)
- 2 Tbsp (42 g) blue agave
Instructions
GUMMY CANDIES PREPARATION
- In the small sauce pan, heat on medium low the orange juice together with the blue agave. Continue to whisk until it starts boiling. Once it starts boiling, remove from heat and drop the scooped gelatin in. Stir until dissolved.
- Pipe the orange juice into each cavities of the Halloween Candy Tray placed on top of a small perforated baking sheet. NOTE: You will have just enough for one tray of 24 candies. Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum or best overnight.
- Repeat the process for the grape gummy candies, using a clean mold.
- Once your Fruit Juice Gummy Candies are ready, arrange them on your service platter to enjoy right away. "BONE" Appétit & Happy HALLOWEEN!
- N.B. These candies are best stored in the fridge up to 3 days.
