Hazelnut Apple Mini Loaves
The leaves changing colors and falling from the trees. The temperatures growing colder and the daylight starting to get shorter. These are for me the true symbols of Autumn.
Growing up in the Southern Hemisphere. We only had two seasons: One hot and one very humid. Hence, for me to be able to enjoy the beauty of the four seasons is truly a privilege.
I hope you will enjoy this new recipe, during the hotter months I like to replace the hazelnut with the almond flour. They are both equaly good, feel free to use either or. And if you do have a sweet tooth, I would recommend for you to add about 1 oz (30g) of sugar.
Voila, Voila,
Bon Appétit!
