Hazelnut Apple Mini Loaves

Ingredients
 

  • 2 apples
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) hazelnut flour
  • 5.5 oz (150 g) flour (sifted)
  • 2.5 tsp (12 g) baking powder
  • 7 oz (200 g) apple sauce
  • 3 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together (Hazelnut Flour, Flour and Baking Powder).
  • Add the apple sauce and then the eggs.
  • Wash, peel and cut the apples into cubes. And mix them in the batter.
  • Pour your batter into the flexipan® by spreading gently until smooth.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini loaves from 20min)
  • Once your mini loaves are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
