Hazelnut Apple Mini Loaves

No sugar added to this simple and yet delicious Apple Autumn recipe.

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together (Hazelnut Flour, Flour and Baking Powder).
Add the apple sauce and then the eggs.
Wash, peel and cut the apples into cubes. And mix them in the batter.
Pour your batter into the flexipan® by spreading gently until smooth.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini loaves from 20min)
Once your mini loaves are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
