Emoji Mini Cakes
Make a bold Mood Statement with these Sweet & Buttery Treats to accompany a warm beverage.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz (100 g) butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz (85 g) sugar
- 3 oz (85 g) flour (sifted )
- 1.5 tsp (6 g) baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
- Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
- Gently add the flour, baking powder. Then the butter.
- Place your FlexipanÂź on the top of your perforated baking sheet.
- Pour your batter into the flexipanÂź with the mini ladle.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini cakes from 10min)
- Once your mini cakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
