Emoji Mini Cakes

Make a bold Mood Statement with these Sweet & Buttery Treats to accompany a warm beverage.

Ingredients
 

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz (85 g) sugar
  • 3 oz (85 g) flour (sifted )
  • 1.5 tsp (6 g) baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
  • Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
  • Gently add the flour, baking powder. Then the butter.
  • Place your Flexipan® on the top of your perforated baking sheet.
  • Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini cakes from 10min)
  • Once your mini cakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
