Easter Chocolate & Apple Sauce Cakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup (90 g) apple sauce
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1 cup (120 g) flour
- 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) Chocolate sprinkles
- 12 Kinder Easter Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In your mixing bowl, first whisk eggs and apple sauce together. Then, add the sugar.
- Whisk in the flour and baking powder.
- Once all incorporated, gently mix the chocolate sprinkles.
- Place your Mini Bon Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipat®.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Cakes from 15min).
- Once your Cakes are out of the oven, let them cool down before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
