Easter Chocolate & Apple Sauce Cakes

These Apple Sauce cakes are super light and delicious, perfect to be paired with Easter Chocolates left overs.

Ingredients
 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup (90 g) apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 1 cup (120 g) flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) Chocolate sprinkles
  • 12 Kinder Easter Mini Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  • In your mixing bowl, first whisk eggs and apple sauce together. Then, add the sugar.
  • Whisk in the flour and baking powder.
  • Once all incorporated, gently mix the chocolate sprinkles.
  • Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipat®.
  • Bake for 18 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Cakes from 15min).
  • Once your Cakes are out of the oven, let them cool down before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
