Today, I am sharing with you, another AMAZING recipe from Lolo (@lolotambouille). I had to rearrange some ingredients to adapt what I had in my pantry, and it all turned out delicious! Of course, you will find Lolo’s recipe right HERE!

Tuna & Zucchini Mediterranean Tart

This Tuna and Zucchini Mediterranean Tart is super delicious. It is made with the vegetables from the Farmers Market and has Greek Yogurt!

Ingredients
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

  • 2 cups (250 g) bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
  • 8 Tbsp (115 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) Bottled Water

MEDITERRANEAN TART FILLING

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) Milk
  • 3 Tbsp (45 g) ketchup
  • 4 oz (115 g) Solid white albacore Tuna (In Olive Oil)
  • 1 zucchini (Thinly Sliced)
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes (Sliced in Halves)
  • 2 oz (55 g) Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) Greek Feta Herbs (+ 1 tsp to Sprinkle on crust )
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) olive oil

Instructions
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

MEDITERRANEAN TART PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt and milk. Set aside.
  • Roll the pie dough onto your Roul'Pat®, and transfer it onto your Flexipan. Brush the ketchup on top, spread the tuna (remove excess oil), add the sliced zucchini and pour your yogurt preparation. Then, arrange your sliced tomatoes, sprinkle the crumbled Feta cheese and Feta herbs. Fold the sides of your tart like for a Galette. Brush the crust with Olive oil and add the teaspoon of herbs on top. Season with Salt and pepper.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 35 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 30min).

  • Once your Tuna & Zucchini Mediterranean Tart is out of the oven, let it cool down directly for 15 minutes before sliding it onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
