Roasted Salmon with Herbed Butter Bites

Ingredients
HERBED COMPOUND BUTTER BITES (MAKES 15)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 16 Tbsp (225 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
- 1/2 Tbsp (1 g) Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb Blend
- 1/2 Tbsp (1 g) Rosemary, Basil, Thyme herbs
- 1 lemon zest (From 1 Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) lemon juice (About 1/2 Lemon)
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mill (Malabar Pepper is the best!)
ROASTED SALMON
- 1 Lbs (455 g) salmon filets
- 1/4 cup (60 g) Herbs de Provence Mustard
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) Meyer Lemon Oil
- 2 Tbsp (15 g) Rosemary, Basil, Thyme herbs
- fresh dill stems
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mill (Malabar Pepper is the best!)
Instructions
HERBED COMPOUND BUTTER PREPARATION (MAKES 15)

ROASTED SALMON PREPARATION
- Place your Flexiflat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- In your mixing bowl, mix in the Herbs de Provence Mustard with the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend using your mini whisk. Set aside.
- Slice your Salmon in half with your Santoku knife. Transfer it directly to your Flexiflat® Tray. Spoon your herb mixture on top and press down some fresh dill so it is rubbed in the preparation. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
BAKE!
- Bake for 18 minutes at 400F/200C. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Roasted Salmon is out of the oven, place the Herbed Butter bite on top and let it cool down for about 10min. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
