Slice your Salmon in half with your Santoku knife. Transfer it directly to your Flexiflat® Tray. Spoon your herb mixture on top and press down some fresh dill so it is rubbed in the preparation. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
BAKE!
Bake for 18 minutes at 400F/200C. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
Once your Roasted Salmon is out of the oven, place the Herbed Butter bite on top and let it cool down for about 10min. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
