Gorgonzola Cheese Linguine Bake (TIKTOK)
Buon Giorno everyone!
In the past couple of months, the TIKTOK Feta Pasta Phenomenon has taken over all the Social Medias. For instance, My Supermarket is out of Feta Blocks and has been out for a few weeks now.
As a result, I could not resist but to try my own Italian version of it, with Linguine Pasta and Gorgonzola Cheese.
Now, let’s talk about bakeware and sauce pans : Forget about the extra cleanup and having extra pots to cook…. You only need to use the Rectangular Flexipat® Tray and that’s it. Because with this recipe, the Pasta is baked directly with the rest of the ingredients. And, after 30 minutes cooked at 400F/200C, you will get delicious Al Dente Pasta. Of Course, if you like your Pasta well done, add a bit more time in the oven. And YES, it is easy as 1-2-3!

Gorgonzola Cheese Linguine Bake (TIKTOK)
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) Linguine Pasta
- 1 cup (235 g) Water (Bottled)
- 8 oz (225 g) Gorgonzola Cheese
- 32 oz (900 g) Mini Heirloom Tomatoes
- 6 Tbsp (90 g) sweet basil olive oil
- 3 Tbsp (45 g) Sliced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) onions and red pepper Herbs
- Pepper ((Season to Taste))
- 1/2 cup (70 g) Kalamata Olives (Sliced)
- 1/4 cup (5 g) Fresh Basil (Chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven on 400F/200C.
- Place your your Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.
- Add your ingredients in this order directly in your Flexipat®: Linguine pasta, Water, Gorgonzola Cheese, Mini Heirloom Tomatoes, Sweet Basil Oil, Sliced Garlic, Garlic Powder, Onions & Red Peppers Blend and Pepper (Season to Taste).
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400F/200C. Your Linguine will be al dente. Cook a little bit longer if you prefer your Pasta well done.
- Once your Pasta is out of the oven, gently stir. Then, add the Kalamata Olives and Fresh Chopped Basil. Stir a bit more and Voila you can serve. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
