Buttermilk Apple Mini Cakes

Buttermilk Apple Mini Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups (200 g) flour (Sifted)
- 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 3 eggs (Beaten)
- 1/3 cup (85 g) buttermilk
- 6 Tbsp (90 g) butter (Melted)
- 1 Large apple (Diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and sugar together.
- Make a well and whisk in the eggs until combined.
- Add the buttermilk and cooled melted butter. Whisk well.
- Using your spatula, carefully fold in the diced apples.
- Place your Mini Loaf Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cakes from 20min).
- Once your mini cakes are out of the oven, let them completely cool down before unmolding.
