Buttermilk Apple Mini Cakes

Don't you think Buttermilk should always be baked in an Apple Cake? I surely do, it adds so much fluffiness, it's really incredible!

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl , mix the flour, baking powder and sugar together. Make a well and whisk in the eggs until combined. Add the buttermilk and cooled melted butter. Whisk well.
Using your spatula , carefully fold in the diced apples. Using your mini Ladle , scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan® . Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cakes from 20min).
Once your mini cakes are out of the oven, let them completely cool down before unmolding.
