Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze

EASY HOMEMADE BALSAMIC GLAZE
- 1 cup (255 g) Balsamic Barrel Aged Vinegar
- 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar (Packed)
BREAD
- 3 slices artisan bread
- 2 Tbsp (15 g) roasted garlic oil
TOMATO MIXTURE
- 4 roma tomatoes (Diced )
- 1/2 red onion (Chopped)
- 2 garlic gloves (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp (8 g) roasted garlic oil
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mill

BRUSCHETTA PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Place your Medium Bonmat™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Arrange your slices of bread and brush the Garlic Olive Oil on top.
BAKE!
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. It is ready when light golden brown.
ASSEMBLY
- While your bread is getting ready. Prepare your tomato mixture: Dice your tomatoes. Add them to your mixing bowl.
- Then, peel and cut your red onion into quarters and transfer it with the garlic cloves directly into your Eco Chop. Add the Roasted garlic Olive Oil. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Add it to your tomatoes. Toss to combine.
- Once your bread is out of the oven, top each slices with your tomato mixture. Drizzle the Balsamic glaze onto each Bruschetta and serve. Enjoy and Bon appétit!
