Broccoli and Cheddar Crustless Quiche

Broccoli and Cheddar Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) Broccoli (Frozen | Chopped)
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup (50 g) Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp (7.5 g) Roasted Onion and Red Pepper Herb blend
- 1 tsp (3 g) garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (25 g) green onions (Chopped)
- 2 oz (55 g) sharp cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
- Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
CRUSTLESS QUICHE PREPARATION
- Place your Twisted Crown Flexipan® Mold on the top of a microwave safe plate. Add your frozen chopped broccoli. Cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Once ready, carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and Greek yogurt together. Mix in the Roasted Onion and Red Pepper Herb blend and onion powder. Then, add your chopped green onions, steamed broccoli and shredded cheddar. Season with Salt and Pepper (To Taste).
BAKE!
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. Keep the bonMAT™ on for the first 20min and remove it carefully with your oven clothe. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 25min).
- Once your Crustless Quiche is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold and serve. Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
