This crustless quiche with Broccoli and Cheddar is so easy to prepare. It is perfectly balanced in flavors, making family dinner nights easy!

Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz (225 g) Broccoli (Frozen | Chopped)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7.5 g) Roasted Onion and Red Pepper Herb blend
  • 1 tsp (3 g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) green onions (Chopped)
  • 2 oz (55 g) sharp cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  • Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F/190C.

CRUSTLESS QUICHE PREPARATION

BAKE!

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. Keep the bonMAT™ on for the first 20min and remove it carefully with your oven clothe. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 25min).
  • Once your Crustless Quiche is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold and serve. Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
