Sel Gris Mill(Season to Taste)

Instructions
Place the ricotta in your food processor and whip it for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Transfer it to your service platter. Season with Salt and Pepper (I did not). Top it with honey and sliced grapes. Enjoy with a nutty and fruity bread. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
