Do you love feta cheese as much as we do? Then you'll love this whipped feta cheese with roasted tomatoes! Just a few simple ingredients come together to create an amazing, unique dish perfect for any gathering.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes and the thinly sliced garlic into one layer in your Pie Mold. Cover generously with the olive oil, season with Greek Oregano and pepper (To taste). NOTE: Salt is not necessary in this recipe, because Feta is naturally salty. Toss to coat.
Roast for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tomatoes from 25 minutes). It is ready when the tomato skin has softens and begins to burst. Set aside to cool down.
WHIPPED FETA CHEESE PREPARATION
Place the Feta cheese together with the olive oil and Greek oregano in your Eco Chop. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking, it will become creamy. NOTE: If you wish a smoother texture you may use a food processor. Set aside.
ASSEMBLY
Scoop your whipped Feta preparation into your service platter. Add the roasted tomatoes on top and drizzle generously the olive oil from the tomatoes. Season with Greek Oregano and pepper (To taste). Serve with Cretan Barley Rusks or a Crusty Bread. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
