Peel and cut your shallots into quarters and transfer the pieces with the garlic cloves directly into your Eco Chop. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Repeat the process with the bell pepper. Set aside.
16 oz mushrooms, 1 Tbsp roasted garlic oil, 1/2 tsp Sel Gris Mill
STEP 2
Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Add the cans of diced tomatoes and mixed beans along with the spices (chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika and roasted garlic and chive herb blend). Season with Pepper (to taste). Stir until combined. Microwave on high for 7 minutes.

Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Give it a stir and microwave for an additional 5 minutes (uncovered)
Once your Vegetarian Mushroom Chili is out of the microwave, let it cool down for about 5-10 minutes. NOTE: Do not drain the additional liquid, it will be absorbed by all your vegetables. Serve and Enjoy with the lime sour cream and basmati rice. Bon Appétit!
