In a small bowl, whisk all the spices together: Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all spice, cloves and cardamom, until well combined.Pour the spice mixture into a glass jar (Mason Style) that seals well. NOTE: This homemade pumpkin pie spice mixture will last in a tightly sealed container until the individual spices’ expiration dates, which is typically 1–2 years.
