Sweet Potato Mozzarella Pizza

These Sweet Potatoes turned into a pizza are super easy to make and an healthier option to the classic pizza dough!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp (8 g) roasted garlic oil
  • 1/16 (0.01 g) Lavender Salt
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) Pasta Sauce (I used my favorite Mushroom and Truffles sauce)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (55 g) grated cheese
  • 1 tsp (1 g) herbes de provence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  • Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  • Peel and slice your sweet potato into 1/4"(about 1cm). Transfert them directly onto your bonMAT™Brush your Garlic Olive Oil on top and season with Lavender salt. Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C.
  • Carefully take your roasted sweet potatoes out of the oven. Spoon your pasta sauce, add the diced mozzarella cheese, grated cheese and herbs de Provence on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Once your sweet potato mozzarella pizza is out of the oven, let it cool down as is for 5 minutes then serve with a mixed salad! Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
