Roast for 30 minutes at 400F/200C, flipping halfway through. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cauliflower from time to time).
PISTACHIO GREMOLATA PREPARATION
While your Cauliflower is roasting, prepare the gremolata.
Wash and pat dry your Italian parsley, place it in your Eco Chop along with the pistachios, garlic gloves, lemon zest, lemon juice, Mediterranean Herbs, and Salt. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking.
Once your Roasted Cauliflower is out of the oven, transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy with Pistachio Gremolata generously over it. Bon appétit!
