Place your Flexiflat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
ROASTED CAULIFLOWER PREPARATION
Soak the cauliflower under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off. Towel dry and slice the head of cauliflower in 1" / 2cm slices.
Transfer your sliced cauliflower directly onto your Flexiflat® Tray. Brush the meyer lemon oil on top and Season with Salt and Pepper.
ROAST!
Roast for 30 minutes at 400F/200C, flipping halfway through. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cauliflower from time to time).
PISTACHIO GREMOLATA PREPARATION
While your Cauliflower is roasting, prepare the gremolata.
Wash and pat dry your Italian parsley, place it in your Eco Chop along with the pistachios, garlic gloves, lemon zest, lemon juice, Mediterranean Herbs, and Salt. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking.
Once your Roasted Cauliflower is out of the oven, transfer it to a serving dish and enjoy with Pistachio Gremolata generously over it. Bon appétit!
