Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg, cooled melted butter, all-purpose flour, baking powder, almond extract and heavy whipping cream.
Pour your batter into your Flexipat®. Evenly spread with your spatula.
BAKE!
Bake for 35 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 25min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once your Whipping Cream Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, flip it over and peel gently your maze design mat. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
