Add in the rinced brown rice stir to combine. Cover the mold with the Octagonal Bonmat.
BAKE!
Bake for 50 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your rice from 45min). It is ready when the liquid has been absorbed.
STEP 3
Once rice is done, let it rest for 5 minutes covered. Then, carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat minding the steam. Gently fluff the rice with a fork. Add the roasted garlic and chive herb blend, lime zest and lime juice. Stir, serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
