Oven-Baked Brown Lime Rice

This one pot Oven-baked Brown Rice is super easy to make. The fresh lime adds so much flavor it, everyone loves it!

Ingredients
 

STEP 1

  • 2 1/2 cups (600 g) chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) butter (Melted)
  • 1 tsp (6 g) Sel Gris Mill

STEP 2

  • 1 1/2 cups (285 g) brown rice

STEP 3

  • 1 lime zest (From 1 Lime)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) lime juice (From 1 Lime)
  • 1 Tbsp (8 g) Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb blend
  • 1 Tbsp Tahitian Lime Oil

Instructions
 

STEP 1

  • Directly in your Flexipan®, add in the chicken stock, butter and Salt . Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until the liquid is boiling.

STEP 2

BAKE!

  • Bake for 50 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your rice from 45min). It is ready when the liquid has been absorbed.

STEP 3

  • Once rice is done, let it rest for 5 minutes covered. Then, carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat minding the steam. Gently fluff the rice with a fork. Add the roasted garlic and chive herb blend, lime zest and lime juice. Stir, serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
