These No-Bake Orange Blossom Energy Balls are soft, naturally sweet, and packed with almond flour, maple syrup, pistachio, and coconut. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
ORANGE BLOSSOM ENERGY BALLS PREPARATION
In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, shredded coconut, maple syrup, orange blossom water, orange zest, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Using a spatula, combine until the ingredients come together into a thick dough.NOTE: The dough is a bit soft that is quite alright as they will harden once refrigerated.Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 15 minutes. This allows the flavors to come together.
4 oz almond flour, 1 oz shredded coconut, 2 oz Maple syrup, 2 Tbsp Orange Blossom Water, orange zest, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/16 tsp sea salt
Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball between your hands.
Roll the ball in the finely chopped pistachios until it is coated. You can also roll the balls in extra shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
2 oz raw pistachios
Repeat the process for the remaining mixture, placing the finished balls on a parchment-lined tray.
