This Marry Me Chicken is one of those dishes that instantly feels like a warm hug. Tender chicken breasts are gently simmered in a rich, creamy Tuscan-style sauce with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and just the right amount of indulgence.
Slice the chicken lengthwise into thin cutlets. Season chicken with salt and pepper.Dredge in all-purpose flour and shake off any excess.
2 large chicken breasts, salt, pepper, 1.76 oz all-purpose flour
In a large skillet, on medium heat, heat the olive oil together with the butter until melted. Swirl pan to coat with oil and butter evenly.

Brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer onto a plate, cover, and set aside.NOTE: Do not overcrowd and work in batches if needed.
MARRY ME SAUCE PREPARATION
In the same pan, sauté the garlic for a minute or so, until fragrant.Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan scraping any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan with a heat proof spatula.

Adjust the heat to medium-low, and add the heavy cream and the grated parmesan cheese to the pan. Allow the sauce to simmer for a couple of minutes, then season with chili flakes, Greek oregano and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the sundried tomatoes then put the chicken back in the sauce and let the sauce simmer and thicken for a few more minutes.
