Spice up your fall gatherings with this homemade pumpkin spice iced latte that will blow Starbucks out of the water! Say goodbye to long lines and hello to the perfect cozy treat made right in your own kitchen with this luscious blend of aromatic spices and creamy pumpkin goodness!
In the bowl of your high speed blender, add all your ingredients: Pumpkin purée, Pumpkin Pie Spice, cane sugar, vanilla extract, hot milk and strong coffee (or espresso). Blend until silky and smooth. Set aside.
1 oz pumpkin purée, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 Tbsp cane sugar, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract, 16 oz milk, 4 oz coffee
Add the coffee ice cubes to your favorite glass and pour the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Enjoy with a dust of pumpkin pie spice on top. Enjoy! Autumn Leaves & Pumpkins Please!
NOTE 1: This recipe is for a 16 oz glass, so with a shorter glass, this recipe will make 2. I like mine without the added sugar, but feel free to add more sugar to your taste.
NOTE 2: The spices do not resolve, that's perfectly normal to find them at the bottom of your cup.
