1/4tsp(0.25tsp)pumpkin pie spice(Homemade Recipe HERE! + more for serving)
1Tbsp(12g)cane sugar
1Tbsp(13g)vanilla extract
16oz(455g)milk(Hot | 2 cups)
4oz(115g)coffee(Strong | 1/2 cup)
Instructions
COFFEE ICE CUBES PREPARATION
For the coffee ice cubes, you can use any of your favorite Fall silicone molds, set aside. NOTE:For this recipe, I used my Mini Canelé tray placed on top of a medium perforated baking sheet. Set aside.
Pour the strong coffee into your favorite mold. Set aside in the freezer for 4 hours minimum. NOTE: Depending on the size of the mold you will make more or less ice cubes. I made 15 ice cubes with mine.

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE PREPARATION
In the bowl of your high speed blender, add all your ingredients: Pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, cane sugar, vanilla extract, hot milk and strong coffee (or espresso). Blend until silky and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if need be.
