Cook your pasta al dente as indicated on the packet. 9 minutes for me.
SAUCE
Place your marinara sauce in a microwavable bowl. Cover and heat for 2 minutes. Set aside.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Place your Italian sausages in a frying pan with 1/2"|2cm of water. Once the water is simmering cover and cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking, turning the sausages from time to time. They are ready when the Digital Thermometer registers 165°F/75C.
ASSEMBLY
Scoop 1/2 cup of marinara on each serving plate. Then, wrap a few bucatini around 2 Italian Sausages and arrange them on top of the marinara sauce. Add the sliced tomatoes, season with Fines herbs blend, Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve hot with candy eye decorations. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
