Fill your Pastry Bag with the batter and carefully pipe it onto each well of the Flexipat®. Add the diced ham on top along with the remaining Gruyère.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your donuts from 18min)
Once your French Ham & Cheese are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy with a Fresh Salad! Bon Appétit!
