In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs and Vanilla Sugar. Add the Almond Flour and Heavy Whipping Cream. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
Wash and pat dry your apples. Remove the core and cut them into thin slices.
Take your Flexipan® out of the refrigerator, lightly pierce the shortcrust pastry with a fork.
Pour your batter and arrange your apples on top, starting outward with the green apples, going into a circle, working your way to the center.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 23min).
Once your Farmer's Apple Almond Tart is out of the oven, let it completely cool down before unmolding. Then, Serve with Vanille Ice Cream or as is. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
