Peel all of the bananas, then slice 2 of them into coins and set them aside.

BLEND SMOOTH
Add the remaining 4 bananas to a blender with the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, ground cinnamon, and cold spring water.Blend until everything is smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
