In a small sauce pan, on low heat, melt the butter together with the honey. When ready pour it over your salmon filets.
Add the pecans and panko to your Eco Chop. Season with Salt and pepper( to taste) and chop until the mixture becomes almost sandy. Arrange the mixture on top of your salmon (you can do the sides as well if you like).
BAKE!
Roast for 20 minutes at 390F/200C. (Time will differ from the size and thickness of your salmon). Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through when the thickest part reaches 145F/63C (Source: FDA).
