In your mixing bowl, whisk eggs and apple sauce together.
Add the sugar.
Then, whisk in the flour and baking powder.
Once all incorporated, gently mix the chocolate sprinkles.
Place your Mini Tablette Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well.
Bake for 18 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Mini Cakes from 15min).
Once your mini cakes are out of the oven, wait until they have completely cooled down before unmolding them.
CHOCOLATE
Place the milk chocolate chunks in your Small Round Flexipan®. Heat in the Microwave for about 30 seconds at a time. Once out of the microwave, using your mini whisk, mix until smooth. Set aside.
Gently brush the melted chocolate into each Flexipan® wells which have previously been wiped. And place the mini cakes back on them, pressing gently.
Refrigerate and unmold once the chocolate has set.
