Place your Small Round Mold on the top of a microwavable plate. Pour the apple cider and cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. It is ready once the apple cider has reduced by half (about 1/2 cup or so). Set aside to cool down.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and sugar together with your hand mixer for 3 minutes on medium high speed. Add the Greek yogurt, vegetable oil and cooled reduced apple cider. Then, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, spices (cinnamon, ginger, all spice, nutmeg) and sea salt.
Fill your Pastry Bag with the batter and carefully pipe it into each well of the Flexipat®.
BAKE!
Bake for 13 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Donuts from 10min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once your Donut Cakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold onto your cooling rack.
APPLE CIDER GLAZE
In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cinnamon, reduced apple cider, and Milk. IMPORTANT: Add 1/2 tsp of milk at a time until desired consistency.
Once your Apple Cider Donut Cakes have completely cooled down, dip them one at a time into the apple cider glaze. Decorate with sprinkles .Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
