This Trader Joe's Whipped Ricotta is the perfect appetizer to share. Drizzle some honey on top and add some grapes, it's everyone's favorite!

Ingredients
 

  • 16 oz (450 g) Ricotta cheese (Trader Joes | Whole Milk)
  • 2 Tbsp (40 g) Honey
  • 1 cup (150 g) seedless green grapes (Honey Pearls | Washed | Halved)
  • 1 cup (235 g) Crisps (Trader Joes | Raisin Rosemary)
  • Sel Gris Mill (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mill (Season to Taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place the ricotta in your food processor and whip it for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  • Transfer it to your service platter. Season with Salt and Pepper (I did not). Top it with honey and sliced grapes. Enjoy with a nutty and fruity bread. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
  • N.B. Make it ahead and refrigerate up to 2 days.
