Winter Candied Fruits Muffins

Winter Candied Fruits Muffins

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp (115 g) butter (Melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (110 g) sugar
- 1 1/2 cup (190 g) flour (Sifted)
- 1 tbsp (12 g) baking powder
- 7 oz (195 g) candied fruits (Diced in small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Let it cool down.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cooled melted butter and Sugar.
- Then, add the eggs and incorporate the Flour and Baking Powder. Finally, fold your candied fruits.
- Place your Mini Bon Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipat®.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 15min).
- Once your Winter Candied Fruits Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold onto a cooling rack. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
