Turkey Smoked Sausage with Roasted Vegetables

Turkey Smoked Sausage with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 13 oz (370 g) Turkey Smoked Sausage
- 5 cups (500 g) Snow Peas
- 5 cups (550 g) Green Beans
- 6 Tbsp (90 g) sweet basil olive oil
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) onions and red pepper
- Lavender Salt (Season To Taste)
- Madagascar Pepper (Season to Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- Place your Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- In the Colander Scoop, rince both the Snow Peas and Green Beans under cold water. Pat dry and place directly in the Flexipat®.
- Add the Sliced Sausage, the Sweet Basil Oil, Onions and Red Pepper Blend, Lavender Salt & Pepper. Mix well so all the vegetables and sausage are nicely coated.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Vegetables from 25min)
- Once your Vegetables are out of the oven, slide them directly onto a serving plate. Enjoy while its hot & Bon Appetit!
