Sweet Basil Baked Brussels Sprouts
In all honesty, I have never liked eating Brussels sprouts ; I would eat any vegetables but sprouts until recently.
Unfortunately, I am getting old and I need my fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals etc.. And Brussels sprouts do have it all.
As much as I like to say that I do not like Brussels sprouts, I have to admit that I did eat 2 full bowls from this recipe. It was so good!
