Soak the Brussels sprouts under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off and towel dry.
On a chopping board, slice the Brussels sprouts in halves.
On the Flexiflat™ place your Brussels Sprouts, drizzle the sweet basil oil until you have a nice coated shine, and sprinkle the citrus salt flakes.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Brussels Sprouts from time to time and do not hesitate to flip them half way).
Once your Brussels sprouts are out of the oven, slide them onto a plate. Then, Serve and Enjoy!
