- 8 oz (225 g) seedless green grapes
- 2 Tbsp (40 g) Greek Honey
- 3 Tbsp (40 g) Greek Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp (2 g) Zaatar Herbs (My own addition to the original recipe)
- 2 sweet onions (Quartered)
- 10 oz (280 g) carrots (My own addition to the original recipe)
- Sel Gris Mill
- Pepper Mill
Instructions
- Place the Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet. Set Aside.

CHICKEN PREPARATION
- Coat your grapes with your Honey preparation. Place half of the grapes into the cavity of your chicken, the rest around on your Flexipat®. Add the remaining honey preparation between the skin and meat by giving it a little massage.
- Cut your onion into quarter, along with the peeled carrots. Arrange them around your chicken.
ROAST!
- Roast for 45 minutes at 425F/225C. Then, drop your temperature to 375F/190C and continue roasting for another 30 minutes. (Every oven heats differently and all chicken are not of the same safe: Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Roasted Chicken with Grapes & Honey is out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
