Pillsbury™ Apple Cinnamon Mini Rolls
Pillsbury™ Crescent dough is so delicious and can be used interchangeably in both sweet and savory recipes. These mini rolls are super delicious, you are going to love them!

Pillsbury™ Apple Cinnamon Mini Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury™ Crescent Dough Sheet
- 3 Tbsp (45 g) butter (Melted | Divided)
- 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar
- 1 tsp (2 g) ground cinnamon
- 2 apples (Washed | Pat Dry | Cored | Chopped)
Instructions
- Place your Muffin Flexipan® Mold on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
PILLSBURY ROLLS PREPARATION
APPLE FILLING PREPARATION
- Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Brush your Pillsbury™ Dough with 2/3 of your melted butter. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar with the ground cinnamon. Sprinkle it on top of the Pillsbury™ dough. Set aside.
- Wash, pat dry and remove the core from your apples. Cut your fruits into quarters and add them to your Eco Chop. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Sprinkle all over your Pillsbury™ dough.
- Gently roll the long side of the dough into your mini rolls and transfer them to your Flexipan® (Cut side facing up).
- Brush with the remaining of melted butter around the edges.
BAKE!
- Bake for 18 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your rolls from 15min). It is ready when golden brown.
- Once your Pillsbury™ Apple Cinnamon Mini Rolls are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 min. Then, Unmold and enjoy. Bon Appétit!
