Peppers and Kalamata Olives Chicken

Peppers and Kalamata Olives Chicken
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp (25 g) roasted garlic oil (Divided)
- 1 Tbsp (7 g) paprika ("Chili & Lime Blend" | Trader Joe's)
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mil
- 6 garlic cloves (Thinly Sliced)
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 Lbs (450 g) mini tri-color peppers (Washed | Core Removed)
- 1/2 cup (70 g) Kalamata Olives (Pitted | from Trader Joe's)
- 1 red onion (Sliced into Quarters)
Instructions
- Place the Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
CHICKEN PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic oil (1 1/2 tbsp), paprika and sliced garlic gloves. Add your chicken thighs, season with Salt and Pepper. Toss to coat and transfer your Flexipat®.
- In the same mixing bowl, toss peppers and Kalamata olives with the garlic oil (1 1/2 tbsp). Add them to your chicken along with the red onion quarters. Season with Salt and Pepper.
BAKE!
- Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your chicken from 25min). Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Peppers and Kalamata Olives Chicken is out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes, Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
