In a mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic oil (1 1/2 tbsp), paprika and sliced garlic gloves. Add your chicken thighs, season with Salt and Pepper. Toss to coat and transfer your Flexipat®.
In the same mixing bowl, toss peppers and Kalamata olives with the garlic oil (1 1/2 tbsp). Add them to your chicken along with the red onion quarters. Season with Salt and Pepper.
BAKE!
Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your chicken from 25min). Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
Once your Peppers and Kalamata Olives Chicken is out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes, Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
